property solutions in Japan and Korea.
Matthew Zann is Co-CEO
of Bear Logi Japan and CEO of Bear Logi Korea.
Mathew Zann founded Bear Logi Japan in 2009 and Bear Logi Korea in
2013 with his over 20 years' experience in commercial and industrial property.
He has developed, acquired and managed over 50 logistics assets in Australia,
Korea and Japan since 1997. Matthew previously worked at ESR and Goodman in
Japan. Matthew speaks Japanese and has written multiple publications on
Logistics Real Estate.
Jim Muir is Co-CEO Bear Logi Japan & partner of Bear
Prior to joining Bear Logi, Jim worked at Macquarie Capital Japan
as Managing Director, Head of Equity Capital Markets focusing on Japanese
Infrastructure & Real Estate. Jim has over 20 years investment banking
experience in Japan having worked in senior leadership roles at Nomura
Securities Tokyo, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities and Jefferies Japan Ltd where he
was Head of Japanese Equities.
Takako Wenisch is COO Bear Logi Japan and
is responsible for operations and back-office administration.
Before joining Bear Logi Japan, Takako worked at Equity Capital
Markets in Macquarie Capital Securities Japan
Sung Min Cho is COO and CFO Bear Logi Korea and is responsible
for operations and back-office administration.
Sung Min is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
