Site selection: Selection of sites and appraisal for new logistics properties. 

Result: Successfully identified 4 sites that matched clients requirements.
Benefit: Sourcing well located land in Japan is not easy given the land scarcity and the fact that most large sites are never placed on the 'open market'.


Repair Estimation: Using our in house building services personnel, Bear Logi was able to carry out physical inspections of multiple industrial properties within a tight time frame.
